I do not know among you, but here in Lyon, the warm summer evenings have made their appearance! And in the evening we just want to eat a light and cold meal… (and ideally a meal that can be quick and easy to prepare). With these parma ham, dried tomatoes and rocket salad wraps, the challenge is up. You can also prepare some more for your lunch the next day, but also vary the garnish. These wraps can also be served as canape, you just have to cut them into smaller sections. It is ideal for a meal to serve them with a green salad!
Recipe for 4 people
Preparation Time: 15 min
- 6 galette (tortilla)
- 125g cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 1 jar of dried tomatoes
- 4 slices of parma ham
- Some rocket salad leaves
- Ground pepper
- As per the below photo, cut a small band from the galette. Spread in thick layer the cream cheese on the rest of the tortilla.
- Display in the middle the parma ham, dried tomatoes (remove oil), and a few leaves of rocket. Add some pepper.
- Roll over and then cut in two or in small sections to eat as canapes. Put in the fridge until you serve it. If you cut in small sections, I advise you to add a cocktail stick in the middle for it to stay in place until you eat it
