Ce crumble de patate douce convient très bien pour un dîner entre amis et peut se préparer à l’avance afin d’éviter de passer son temps en cuisine lorsque vous recevez ! Cette recette est plutôt gourmande, avec une couche de bacon qui apporte un bon goût au plat (qui peut être d’ailleurs être remplacée par un autre type de charcuterie) ! A servir accompagné d’une salade verte.

Les Ingrédients :

Pour la garniture

  • 2 oignons
  • 3 grosses patates douces (environ 1kg)
  • 10 tranches de bacon (ronde pour moi)
  • 35g de fromage râpé
  • Un peu de beurre et huile d’olive pour la cuisson
  • Sel et poivre

Pour le crumble

  • 80g de farine (blanche ou complète)
  • 40g de chapelure
  • 75g de beurre demi-sel froid coupé en dés
  • 60g de parmesan

Les étapes :

  1. Préchauffez votre four sur 180°.
  2. Epluchez les oignons puis coupez-les en lamelles. Faites les revenir à feu doux pendant 5 min dans une poêle avec un peu d’huile d’olive et de beurre.
  3. Pendant ce temps-là, épluchez vos patates douces et coupez-les en gros dés.
  4. Versez, dans un grand plat allant au four, vos oignons et patates douces puis mélangez le tout. N’oubliez pas d’assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.
  5. Enfournez pendant 45 minutes environ et remuez de temps en temps.
  6. Pendant la cuisson, préparez votre pâte à crumble. Pour cela versez dans un grand bol les ingrédients du crumble et mélangez le tout à la main ou à l’aide d’un robot. La pâte est prête lorsque la consistance devient sableuse.
  7. Sortez votre plat du four. Disposez par-dessus, les tranches de bacon puis la pâte de crumble. Remettez au four pendant 15-20 minutes environ.

  • 3 big sweet potatoes (approx. 1kg)
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 35g grated cheese (cheddar, comté for example)
  • A little bit of butter and olive oil for cooking
  • Salt and Pepper

For the crumble

  • 80g flour
  • 40g breadcrumbs
  • 75g slightly salter butter cold and diced
  • 60g Parmesan cheese

Steps :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°.
  2. Peel the onions and cut them into strips. Cook them in a pan (soft fire) during 5 min with a little bit of olive oil and butter.
  3. During this time, peel your sweet potatoes and cut them into large dice.
  4. Pour, in a large baking dish, your onions and sweet potatoes and then stir the whole. Do not forget to add salt and pepper.
  5. Put in the oven for approximately 45 minutes and stir from time to time.
  6. During the cooking, prepare your crumble dough. For this, pour into a large bowl the crumble ingredients and stir everything by hand or with a cooking robot. The dough is ready when the consistency becomes sandy.
  7. Pull out your dish of the oven. Display on the top of it, the slices of bacon and then the dough crumble. Replace in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
